Rooms that breathe.
Numbers that back it up.
Presentation isn't just decoration.
It's a strategy.
Most staging is guesswork
with good taste.
Telfair is different: a decade spent building data products for one of the world's biggest brands, now pointed at the question of what makes a buyer say yes.

Every room we style is warm, livable, and full of life
and every choice behind it has a reason. In a market where well presented homes go pending in three weeks and everything else waits two months, presentation isn't decoration.
It's strategy. We stage like it.

A room should work for whoever walks into it.
No two people move through a home the same way. Jenessa designs for the room as it will actually be lived in: different heights, different mobility, different ways of gathering. Nothing about the space asks a visitor to adjust to it. It already fits them.
Hi, I'm Jenessa
I spent ten years in large corporations building data products, asking one question in a hundred different ways: what makes a person say yes? It turns out the answer is rarely the spec sheet. It’s the feeling. People decide with their eyes and their gut, then use numbers to justify it. Staging lives exactly at that intersection, and I couldn’t design a better job for myself if I tried.
What you get when you hire me is both halves of that decade. You get the eye: rooms styled with warmth and life, arranged the way people actually live, photographed the way buyers actually scroll. And you get the analyst: pricing built from real math, choices made for a reason, and a plan that treats your listing like what it is, a product launch with one customer to win. In a market where well presented homes go pending in about three weeks and everything else waits two months, that combination is not a luxury. It is the whole game.
About the name. Telfair is named after a street my late uncle lived on. My uncle knew how to breathe life into a space, through construction, design, a menu, and a few inappropriate jokes. He is why I believe a home is never just square footage. Every project that carries his name gets the care his memory deserves, which means every project gets my full attention, my honest opinion, and my best work.
I live and work in the St. Johns neighborhood of Portland, where I have spent years helping this community through City Repair, Saturday Academy, and half a dozen other organizations. Telfair is my way of bringing that same energy home, one room at a time.
Rooms that breathe. Numbers that back it up. Let’s get yours ready..
